Moalej Builders is committed to maintaining safe, clean, and well-managed job sites for our employees, trade partners, clients, and the public. We plan for safety from day one integrating hazard awareness, site logistics, and clear communication into every phase of work. Our goal is simple: prevent incidents through proactive planning, training, and accountability.
What our program emphasizes:
- Site-specific safety planning and job hazard analysis (JHA)
- Orientation and expectations for everyone entering the project site
- Frequent field walks, documented observations, and corrective actions
- Toolbox talks and task planning that supports safe production
- Clear subcontractor coordination and shared accountability
- Protection of the public: fencing, signage, access control, and clean logistics
- Stop-work authority when unsafe conditions exist
